Can you sign my order?
Each order will already contain a hand-signed thank-you note!
I can also sign any zine or postcard that you've purchased. Please leave a note saying "signed copies" when you check out (using the "" field in your cart), and specify which items you want signed. If it's not specified, I will sign all zines in your order, but not postcards by default.
Can I return / exchange my order?
I don't accept returns or exchanges. If you are not happy with your order, or if it arrives damaged or defected, please email me (hello@bingying.art) with photos, and I'm happy to work something out!
Do you take commissions?
I'm open to painting commissions (storefront, wedding invitation, cafe menus etc). Please contact me to discuss details. Prices generally start at $100 USD.
