Shipping
Everything is shipped by Bingying from Tokyo via JapanPost.
I offer flat-rate shipping, so shipping cost is the same no matter how many items you buy.
Shipping Rates
- within Japan: ¥185 JPY | Free shipping over ¥3,000
- to rest of Asia: $4.50 USD | Free shipping over $50.00 USD
- to all other countries: $6.50 USD | Free shipping over $60.00 USD
Final shipping price is calculated at checkout, and may be slightly different than the quote above due to fluctuating exchange rates.
VAT Tax / Custom fees
Some countries may charge customs or tariff fees on international packages. You may be asked to pay an extra fee before your package can be delivered. In my experience, the likelihood that happens is low, but not zero.
The policies vary by country, so if you are concerned, please look into what that means for your country.
I will not be collecting VAT tax / customs fees and will not be responsible for them. If you do not pay when asked, your package will be returned to me. In that case, you can ask for a refund of your order minus the shipping cost.
Shipping FAQ
✦ When will my order ship?
It usually takes 3-7 days for me to prepare your order. If your order contains any items labeled [pre-order] or [ships by X date], it may take longer, as indicated in the product page.
I pack and ship everything by myself, so please be patient, especially around new product launches. If you're in a hurry, or if you need your shipment to arrive before/after a certain date, contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.
✦ Will I get a tracking number when it ships?
Yes!
✦ How long does shipping take?
Orders within Japan: 1-2 days (via JapanPost Clickpost)
International orders: 7-30 days (via JapanPost International Air Packet)

If you need faster or more secure delivery, I can also ship via UPS at an extra cost. Contact me with your shipping address to get a quote.
If your tracking number shows any issues, or it's been more than 2 weeks without a tracking update, please contact me with your order number and I'll do my best to help.
✦ Which countries do you ship to?
I can ship to all countries serviced by JapanPost. If you don't see your country listed at checkout, please contact me and I will add it.
✦ I need to change my shipping address
Shipping address can be changed before I ship your package. Please contact me with your order number right away.
✦ My package is missing items
Please contact me with your order number and what you're missing, and I'll ship out the missing items right away.
✦ My package has extra items in it
Consider it my treat! No need to send anything back.
✦ I want to add items to an existing order so they can be shipped together
Please place a new order normally, and contact me with the subject [Combine orders] and both order numbers. I will refund the shipping cost for your second order.
Note that this only works if your first order has not shipped yet, so please contact me as soon as possible.
