A small tip, maybe there is somewhere in the packaging or when filling in custom form that you can mention the value of the product. When it’s shipped to the Netherlands, I needed to pay almost 15 euros for the tax, and it’s possible that when they don’t know the value, they would just benchmark the highest level.
